We're proud to offer this option for those wanting or needing a bit more of a challenge. The majestic Te Ara Hura walkway was completed in 2015 and offers a *100km loop of Waiheke. This package will appeal those who enjoy a really good challenge on their walks, but look forward to bit of comfort at the end of the day.

*NOTE: Some small parts of Te Ara Hura are closed due to Kauri Dieback (a disease killing our majestic Kauri trees). Some alternate routes are in place but the trail is still wonderful, and so many beautiful parts are unaffected. It can be completed in 4 or 5 days by most walkers. The 5 day version includes a little more on road, but don’t worry, there isn’t much traffic, and even the roads are beautiful!
